The different technical specifications of the extended variety of membrane materials, allows finding the appropriate option for each of the multiple requirements for filtration in the laboratory. Sterile and non sterile. With plain or gridded surface. White, black or green.

STERILE MEMBRANES

Available materials:
img

Features
Individually packed and sterilized.
They are identified by code, lot number, and expiration date on the back side of each pouch.
Each lot has a gamma radiation dose certificate.

Uses
Microbiology: These membranes simplify routine microbiological controls in the food and beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
Available in: cellulose nitrate, white, black or green, all gridded.
Clarification and sterilization: These membranes simplify filtration of aqueous and biological solutions under sterile conditions.

NON-STERILE MEMBRANE

Available materials:

Uses
Filtration of aqueous liquids, solvents and air.

CELLULOSE PADS

Features
Pure cellulose.
Does not possess binders nor inhibitors.
Individually packed in peel-back pouches, sterilized with gamma radiation or in non-sterile tubes.
Absorption capacity aprox. 3 ml.
Autoclavable at 121°C.

Uses
Used as culture media support pad in microbiological analysis with the membrane filtration method.
