How to use it

With a flamed sterile cutting element, cut the bag containing the product to be sampled, forming a cross. Introduce the closed sterilized sampler through the cross opening. After reaching the desired sampling position, rotate the central handle to open the sampling cavity into which the sample enters. Close the sampling cavity containing the sample by rotating the central handle in the opposite direction and withdraw the sampler holding the handle in position. Close the cross opening by sealing air-tight with a MicroSeal auto adhesive label.

Uses

Specially designed to sample bulk products from bags. The sample can be collected directly into flasks or Microclar sampling bags.

How to Use

With a flamed sterile cutter, make an incision forming a cross where the sampler should enter the bag. Place on the handle of the sampler a Microclar sampling bag or attach a flask screwing it into the handle thread. Introduce the sterilized sampler in the bag containing the product to be sampled. When the sampling depth has been reached,
lower the back end of the sampler to allow the sample to slide into the sampling bag or the flask. Once the sample has been taken, withdraw the sampler and close the cross incision with an air-tight MicroSeal autoadhesive label.

Uses

Sampler for small powder quantities, designed according to GMP and FDA regulations.

How to Use

Introduce the sterilized sampler in the powder container to be sampled. Press the back rod to allow the sampling head to open. Pull back the rod to close the sampling head retaining the sample inside the sampler´s body. Place the sampler´s head in the container to receive the sample and repeat the steps to discharge it.

Microseal - MS-250B

Features

Can be written on with pencil, ball-point or marker.
Composed by 3 layers:
1 - Plastic with high adhesive glue.
2 - Aluminum as isolator.
3 - Paper to allow writing.

Uses

How to Use
