How to Use

Submerge the sampler in the liquid. Once the desired depth is reached, press the plug button. The liquid enters the
sampler until it reaches the same level as the container being sampled. Release the plug button and withdraw the
sampler from the liquid. Introduce the sampler’s bottom-end in the container selected to contain the sample. Discharge
the liquid by pressing again the plug button.

BL-100IT

Features

How to Use

Submerge the sampler in the liquid. Once the desired depth is reached, press the plug button. The liquid enters the sampler until it reaches the same level as the container being sampled. Release the plug button and withdraw the sampler from the liquid. Introduce the samplers bottom-end in the container selected to contain the sample. Discharge the liquid by pressing again the plug button.

BL-FR

Features

Manufactured in: 316L stainless steel.
With:
- Threaded port that allows placing 30 – 1000 ml capacity flasks.
- Central plug with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) conical closure.
Length: 79 cm + flask height.
Maximal sampling depth: 73 cm from the top of the mouth of the sampling flask or liquid surface.

How to Use

Place a flask with the desired volume in the sampler´s threaded port. Submerge the flask in the liquid. Once the desired depth is reached, pull up the central rod. The liquid enters the collection flask until full. Release the rod. Withdraw the sampler from the liquid and unwind the sampling flask. Place lid on sampling container.

BL-35TR

Features

Manufactured in: 316L stainless steel.
With:
- Inferior threaded port that allows the use of 35 ml threaded
disposable tubes.
-Central plug with conical PTFE closure.
-Port adaptable to different containers.
Low thread allows for the use of disposable 35ml. capacity tubes with thread. Shutter central conical closure PTFE.
Length without sampling tube: 79 cm.
Length with sampling tube: 92 cm.
Sampling cup diameter: 3,5 cm.
Maximum sampling depth: 83 cm from the top of the mouth of the sampling container.

How to Use

Place the sterile collecting tube in the threaded port of the sampler. Inmerse in the liquid to be sampled. Once the desired depth is reached, activate the plug. Liquid enters filling the sampling tube. Release the plug. Withdraw the sampler from the liquid, unwind the tube from the sampler and cover it.

How to Use

Place the sterile collecting tube in the threaded port of the sampler. Inmerse in the liquid to be sampled. Once the desired depth is reached, activate the plug. Liquid enters filling the sampling tube. Release the plug. Withdraw the sampler from the liquid, unwind the tube from the sampler and cover it.

Micro Sampler

Features

Manufactured in: Polypropylene (PP) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
Includes:
- MicroSampler Vacuum Pump.
- Stainless Steel 316L or polytetrafluoroethylene weight-rod.
- PE (10 mts) or PTFE (5 mts) Suction hose.
- PP or PTFE sampler head.
- Suction hose cutter.
- PP or borosilicate sampling container.
Sampling volume: Defined by the selected sampling container.
Maximal sampling depth: Defined by the hose length.

Uses

Allows liquid sampling preventing contact between the sample and the exterior. The technician has no risk of contact
with the sample, which flows directly through the hose, from the source to the collecting container, driven by the
manual pump.

How to Use

Place the end of the hose on the sampler´s head allowing it to come out slightly and adjust with the respective nut. Place the selected sampling container on the sample´s head. Insert the other end of the hose to the weight-rod and adjust with the respective nut. Submerge the weightrod in the liquid until it reaches the required depth. Activate the vacuum pump shifting the piston forward and backwards. Once the desired sample volume has been obtained, unscrew the sampling container and cover it.

Uses

How to Use

Submerge the sampler in the liquid. Once the
desired depth has been reached, withdraw the
plunger to generate a suction effect allowing
liquid to enter the sampler. Once the required
volume has been obtained, withdraw sampler
from liquid and place the bottom end inside
the container selected to place the sample.
Press the plunger to discharge the liquid.
