- Chemistry Resistance: pH 114; tolerates virtually all acids and alkalis, resistant to alcohols, esters and oils, air and noncorrosive gases, galvanizing baths, radioactive photochemical solutions.

MICROWINE - PES
Filter Cartridges for wines, with polypropylene and polyethersulfone support membrane.

- Filter Material: pleat polyethersulfone membrane (PES), totally hydrophilic, reduced protein absorption o, without its surfactant moisturizers and materials that could alter the taste.
- Core: Polypropylene.
- Joints: Silicone.
- Maximum operational differential pressure (filtration way): 80 psid (5.4 bar) at 24° C.
- Maximum operational differential pressure (opposite filtration way): 50 psid (3.4 bar) at 24°C.

- Chemistry Resistance: pH 114, resistant to acids and alkalis, alcohols, solvents, cleaning solutions weakly oxidants. Not compatible with strong oxidizing agents (e.g. 98% sulfuric acid ), fuming nitric acid or hydrobromic acid, chlorinated hydrocarbons and aromatic solvents such as benzene and toluene.
- Bacteria Retention:
- 0.45 µm: retains L. oenii and L. brevis.
- 0.65 µm: retains S. cerevisiae and P. damnosus.
- All components made under the USP XXIIIClass VI121ºC requirements for plastics.
